Rosterlytic is free to use for team management, with premium tiers that unlock league features, ad-free experiences, and organization-level management. Here's what you need to know.

What's free

Every Rosterlytic user gets access to core team management features at no cost:

• Create and manage your team
• Add players and manage rosters
• Schedule games and enter scores
• Track player stats and attendance
• Team chat, direct messages, polls, and photo sharing
• Lineup management with sport-specific field views
• Player profiles with stats, attendance, and position data
• Season management and game history
• Create or join one league (with basic league features)

The free tier is ad-supported. If you're running a single team or a simple league, the free version has everything you need to get started.

Team plan — $1.99/mo

The Team plan removes ads and gives captains additional tools:

• Ad-free experience
• Team web dashboard at app.rosterlytic.com
• Stat entry from browser — enter stats on the web, not just your phone
• Everything in Free

League plan — $9.99/mo

The League plan is built for commissioners who run multi-team leagues:

• Everything in Team (including ad-free)
• Up to 3 leagues, 8 teams each
• Round-robin schedule generation — Balanced schedules in seconds
• Playoff brackets with series support (Best of 1, 3, 5, or 7)
• Fee tracking for league dues
• Multi-commissioner support
• Full web dashboard for league management

Note: CSV schedule import and multiple seasons per league are available on all plans, including free.

Organization plan — $49.99/mo

The Organization plan is for rec centers, sports facilities, and organizations that manage multiple leagues:

• Everything in League
• Unlimited leagues
• Unlimited teams per league
• Priority support

Annual pricing

How to subscribe

When you try to access a premium feature, you'll see the upgrade screen. From there:

1. Review the available plans
2. Tap the plan you want
3. Complete the purchase through the App Store or Google Play
4. Premium features are unlocked immediately

You can also access the subscription screen from your User Settings at any time.

Restoring purchases

If you've already subscribed but your premium access isn't showing (maybe you switched phones or reinstalled the app):

1. Go to the paywall screen
2. Tap Restore Purchases
3. Your subscription will be verified and premium features will be re-enabled

This uses your App Store or Google Play account, so make sure you're signed in with the same account you originally subscribed with.

Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:

• iOS — Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Android — Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

From there you can change plans, cancel, or update payment methods. If you cancel, you'll retain premium access until the end of your current billing period.

Tips

• Try the free features first — Get your team set up, add players, and track some games before deciding if you need league features

• Restore purchases after reinstalling — If premium isn't working after a reinstall, a quick restore will fix it
